BIANCO DOPPIO

You can really cocoon with BIANCO DOPPIO because it was designed for the sweet harmony of coffee with milk. To find the right fit, we didn’t hold back in our search for those coffees whose aromas would melt into caramel and sweet biscuit notes when you add milk. The baristas in Brooklyn inspired us with their light roasts that allow the coffee’s natural sweetness to land on a smooth and decadent note when you add milk. To get this same epicurean effect we carefully selected Kenyan and Indonesian Arabicas and gave them a very light roast which preserves the sweetness and aromatic characteristics of each coffee in the blend.

ROASTING PROCESS 
The coffee roast plays a big part in whether or not you hit that ideal harmony of coffee with milk. To get this smooth, sweet blend we were looking for meant split roasting the Kenyan and Indonesian coffees. We roasted both coffees very lightly it keeping the coffees’ aromatic characteristics front and centre and revealing caramel and biscuity notes when you add milk

AROMATIC PROFILE 
The baristas in Brooklyn inspired us in the way their light roasts value the natural sweetness of coffee and lend a decadent smoothness to the cup when you add milk. The natural sweet coffee aromas and gentle spice notes of BIANCO DOPPIO melt into delicious caramel and sweet biscuit notes when you add milk. We love it as a Double Cappuccino. Enjoy it with cow milk or your favourite plant-based alternative oat milk, coconut milk or soya milk.

It’s best served as a Double Cappuccino 80 ml of coffee with 120 ml of frothed milk)
